Coconut Milk

Method

Step 1: Grind one cup freshly grated coconut by adding 1 and 1/2 cups slightly warm water.
Step 2: Fill a double thickness of muslin and squeeze out a much milk as possible. The milk extract first time is referred to as (thick coconut milk).
Step 3: For the two more cups of water to the residue coconut and grind again.
Step 4: Strain the mixture as above the same way. The milk extract second time is referred to as (thin coconut milk).
