    Sweeten milk with sugar or honey, If desired. Recipe can be made 10 days ahead keep, covered, in refrigerator. Milk can be frozen or 2 months.

    Method

    Step 1: Wash beans, place in large bowl, cover with water, cover, stand overnight, drain.
    Step 2: Rinse beans under fresh cold water. Drain. Rub off skins with fingertips discard skins.
    Step 3: Blend or process beans until they are finely discard skins.
    Step 4: Spoon mixture into a fine cloth, tie recurely with string. Place cloth into large bowl, cover with the water, squeeze and press for 10 minutes.
    Step 5: Remove from bowl, squeeze with hands to remove all liquid. Serve hot or cold.
    Step 6: It sappose you can be use for soy bean milk, which making paneer.
    Step 7: This is called as Soya Milk Cottage Cheese.

  • Dried soy beans – 2/3 cup
