Carrot Halwa

Method

Step 1: Take the carrot along with half the amount of sugar and cook covered on power 60 for 14 minutes.
Step 2: Add the condensed milk, khoya, and the rest of the sugar and cook uncovered for 8 minutes.
Step 3: Garnish with the cashews and currants and serve.

  • Carrots 1/2 kg, grated
  • Condensed milk 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Cashews 1 tablespoon
  • Currants 1 tablespoon
