Onion Rotis
Method
Step 1: Blend onion, chillies and coriander leaves in a blender. Mix salt, garam masala and flours in the blended mixture.Step 2: Form into a thick dough. Make balls and roll them on the rolling board into required shape.
Step 3: Heat a non-stick tava and roast till golden brown with little oil.
Step 4: Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
