Onion Rotis

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking time: 5 minutes
  • Serves: 4
  • Method

    Step 1: Blend onion, chillies and coriander leaves in a blender. Mix salt, garam masala and flours in the blended mixture.
    Step 2: Form into a thick dough. Make balls and roll them on the rolling board into required shape.
    Step 3: Heat a non-stick tava and roast till golden brown with little oil.
    Step 4: Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

    Ingredients

  • Onion - 6 nos
  • Green chillies - 3 to 4
  • Coriander Leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Garam masala - 2 tsp
  • Wheat Flour - 2 katoris
  • Maida - 1 Katoris
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking.
