Method
Step 1: Chop onions, green chillies, coriander leaves finely.Step 2: Sieve the three flour with salt, chopped onions, green chillies, grated coconut and coriander leaves, little oil.
Step 3: Knead a pliable dough with water. Make smooth thick consistency batter.
Step 4: Heat oil in a tawa and grease little oil, put handful thick batter onto a tawa, spread it with your hand to cover the entire pan.
Step 5: Cook till colour. Dribble a tsp of oil evenly over the adai. Keep simmer cooking the delight.
Step 6: Serve hot with onion chutney.
