Aloo Bhath
Method
Step 1: Heat oil in a kadai and fry the potato strips for five minutes. Remove from oil and set aside.Step 2: Grind green chillies, ginger, cinnamon, dhania turmeric powder together into a paste.
Step 3: Heat butter and fry the ground paste till oil floates on top.
Step 4: Add fried potato strips with curd, saute for five minutes.
Step 5: Add rice and stir - for further 2 - 3 minutes.
Step 6: Add enough water and salt, cover and cook till the rice is done.
Step 7: Garnish with coriander leaves and desiccated coconut and serve hot.
