Ingredients

  • 1 kg Almonds
  • 900 gm Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Milk

    Method

    Step 1: Soak almonds in water for 12 hours.
    Step 2: Drain and change the water of almonds.
    Step 3: Peel them and keep aside.
    Step 4: Add little milk and grind it finely.
    Step 5: Mix ground badam and sugar in a large skillet.
    Step 6: Cook this mixture, stirring constantly.
    Step 7: Make a thick paste.
    Step 8: Make a roti of the thick mixture when cool.
    Step 9: Now cut it into pieces.
    Step 10: Almond Katli is ready to serve.
