Badusha

Method

Step 1: Heat 3 cups of water with 3 cups of sugar let the sugar carmelise and let the syrup to cool down
Step 2: Heat some oil in a pan take some dough and make it into small balls and flatten them and make a hole in the center and deep fry them till they are golden on the out side, and then take them off the oil and place them inside the sugar syrup

Ingredients

  • Maida flour 200 gms
  • Ghee or dalda 50 gms
  • Can make upto 10 with the above measurements
  • Mix them well with a pinch of cooking soda , the flour should little
  • watery than chappathi flour
