Baked Eggs

Method

Step 1: Boil eggs, shell and cut into half lengthwise.
Step 2: Remove yolk.
Step 3: Mix with bread slices soaked in milk, tomatoes, cheese, pepper, salt with ground masala of coriander leaves, chillies, garlic and ginger.
Step 4: Fill eggs in the place of yolk and bake in a moderate overn for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 5: Serve with ketchup. (Squeeze out excess milk after the bread is soakes)

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 6
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Bread slices - 7 (remove crusts)
  • Chopped tomatoes - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Grated cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Garlic - 6 flakes
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Green chillies - 3 or 4
