Brinjal Pachadi

  • Method

    Step 1: Slice brinjal, cook in plain water with green chillies and turmeric powder, mash the cooked brinjal with the beaten curds, asafoetida, salt and copped coriander leaves.
    Step 2: Add the seasoning and serve with rice.

    Ingredients

  • Brinjal (sliced) - 1 katori
  • Green chillies - 5 nos
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Curds - 2 katoris
  • Asafoetida - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch.
