Cabbage Rice

Method

Step 1: wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Add 4 cups of water and cook till half of the cook.
Step 2: Beat curd and butter together.
Step 3: Add breadcrumbs, gralic paste, pepper powder, salt and chopped cabbage with half cooked rice and stir well.
Step 4: Grease a baking dish pour the mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese and green chillies.
Step 5: Bake in a preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese gets brown.
Step 6: Serve hot with vegetable jalfrize.

Ingredients

  • Rice - 2 cups
  • Cabbage - 3 cups (Chopped)
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Cheese 2 tbsp (Grated)
  • Brad crumbs - 1 - 1 cup
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.
