Capsicum Pachadi
Method
Step 1: Cut capsicum into long strips.Step 2: Heat little oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, turmeric, red chilli and season.
Step 3: Add sliced capsicum and little salt.
Step 4: Close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
Step 5: Left it cool.
Step 6: When cool, add beaten curd and chopped coriander leaves.
