Capsicum Pachadi

  • Method

    Step 1: Cut capsicum into long strips.
    Step 2: Heat little oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, turmeric, red chilli and season.
    Step 3: Add sliced capsicum and little salt.
    Step 4: Close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
    Step 5: Left it cool.
    Step 6: When cool, add beaten curd and chopped coriander leaves.

    Ingredients

  • Capsicum Sliced - 2 katoris
  • Curds - 1 and 1/2 katori
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut gratings (optional)
  • Salt to taste.
