Carrot-Coconut Burfi

Method

Step 1: In a pan add grated carrot and coconut.
Step 2: Add sugar stir it. In the mean time add ghee little by little.
Step 3: When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour over a greased plate.
Step 4: Cut into pieces.

Ingredients

  • Carrot grated 2 cups
  • Coconut grated 2 cups
  • Sugar 3 cups
  • Ghee 2 cups
