Cauliflower Omelette

Method

Step 1: Beat eggs.
Step 2: Grate cauliflower.
Step 3: Fry in little oil till raw smell goes.
Step 4: Season with salt, turmeric, chilli powder, dhania powder and little garam masala powder.
Step 5: Mix finely cut onions to the beaten egg and the cauliflower mixture.
Step 6: Pour like omelettes as possible.
Step 7: Do not turn over.
Step 8: Fold or roll and serve hot.

Variation

Step 9: Use grated carrot, or finely cut greens with mint and ginger paste, (or) finely cut capsicum and cabbage, fried in little oil with desired seasonings and mix with beaten eggs.
