Method
Step 1: Boil milk,lower heat and simmer till reduced to half the original quantity.Step 2: Add sugar and cook till it dissolves.
Step 3: Mash chhena in a bowl. Add it to the milk. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle chopped nuts and serve cold.
