Chicken Korma
Method
Step 1: Mix oil, ginger-garlic paste, chilli power and curd and cook on high for 5 minutes.Step 2: Add the chicken and 2 tablespoons of water, cover and cook on high for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add cashew paste, garam masala and salt and cook at 60 for 12 minutes.
Step 4: Add cream and garnish with the fried onions and sprinkle garam masala.
