Chilli Eggs

Method

Step 1: Peel outer skin from boiled eggs.
Step 2: Prick with a fork all over.
Step 3: Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and the chopped onions.
Step 4: Fry for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Add chilli powder, chopped chillies, tarmarined extract and salt.
Step 6: Pour half cup of boiling water with sugar and turmeric powder.
Step 7: Slip egg gently to the gravy.
Step 8: Cook till thick and seasoning absorbs into the Eggs.

Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs - 5
  • Onions - 3 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 3 (chop into thin round pcs)
  • Red chillies powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Thick tamarind extract - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
