Chinese – Vegetable Noodles

Method

Step 1: Boil the Noodles when it is cooked well keep it a side, and let the water to drain
Step 2: Heat a little oil in a pan.
Step 3: Fry the cinnamon, cloves, Cardamom, onions, carrots, peas, beans, ginger and garlic .
Step 4: Add the soy sauce & tomato sauce and the pepper to it.
Step 5: After the soy sauce starts to boil add the cooked Noodles and mix it well
Step 6: Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tip: You can also prepare noodles without the spices by just adding the ground ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.

Ingredients

  • 500 gms of Noodles
  • Soy Sauce - 300 gms
  • 200 gms Ginger cut into small pieces
  • 300gms Garlic cut into small pieces
  • Coriander leaves
  • Onion cut into long pieces
  • Beans, Peas, Carrot - each 200 gms cut into small pieces
  • Pepper & salt to taste
  • cloves, cinnamon, cardamom - each 3 pieces.
  • Tomato sauce
