Chinese – Vegetable Noodles
Method
Step 1: Boil the Noodles when it is cooked well keep it a side, and let the water to drainStep 2: Heat a little oil in a pan.
Step 3: Fry the cinnamon, cloves, Cardamom, onions, carrots, peas, beans, ginger and garlic .
Step 4: Add the soy sauce & tomato sauce and the pepper to it.
Step 5: After the soy sauce starts to boil add the cooked Noodles and mix it well
Step 6: Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tip: You can also prepare noodles without the spices by just adding the ground ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.
