Christmas Cake
Method
Step 1: Heat the sugar in a pan till it melts and becomes brown and then add the water to make caramel syrup.Step 2: Melt the butter and then add the condensed milk.
Step 3: Mix the maida with the condensed milk mixture and the soda.
Step 4: Then add the caramel syrup and the chopped dry fruits and mix well all these.
Step 5: Grease a cake tin with butter and pour this mixture into the tin and bake for 45 minutes at 150 degrees in an oven pre-heated to 150 degrees.
