Method

Step 1: Sieve flour with baking powder and soda - bi - carbonate for three times.
Step 2: Beat sugar and fat with little salt.
Step 3: Add yolks of the egg and beat then pour milk.
Step 4: Beat white separately till stiff and fold it with the beaten mixture wit wooden spoon.
Step 5: Add coconut, maida little by little and fold gently.
Step 6: Bake in a moderate oven till brown in top.

Ingredients

Maida - 2 and 1/2 cups

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Soda - bi - carbonate - 1/2 tsp

Powdered sugar - 2 cups

Vanaspathi - 1 cup

Eggs - 4

Desiccated coconut -
