Corn Kurma
Method
Step 1: Boil whole corn in a pressure cooker, allow to cool and remove the seeds.Step 2: Blanch tomatoes in hot water peel the skin and make into a paste.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, season with bay leaves add the onions and fry till brown. Add ground mixture and stir.
Step 4: Add tomato puree fry well in a low flame.
Step 5: Add corn and creamed corn mix together with salt and boil for few minutes.
Step 6: Remove from fire and garnish with coriander leaves serve hot.
