Creamy Lemon Rice
Method
Step 1: Mix lemon juice and sugar with the fresh cream and keep aside.Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, mix the rice in the oil with cloves, almonds.
Step 3: Cook the rice in 4 1/2 cups of water with black pepper and salt.
Step 4: When the rice is cooked, pour in the cream mixture, stir the rice and also add raisins in to the rice.
Step 5: Keep the rice, covered for a few minutes.
Step 6: Decorate the rice with lemon rings and serve with boondhi curd.
To make the boondhi curd
Step 1: Beat fresh curd well, soak the boondhi in water for 5 minutes. Add this boondhi in the curd.Step 2: Mix salt and cumin powder, white pepper powder in the curd and serve with the rice.
