Creamy Peas with Dry Fruit
Unlike the previous recipe, this one uses milk and plenty of masalas to spice it up. It serves well as an extra dish at a party.

Step 2: Now add boiled potatoes, peas salt and sugar.
Step 3: When the gravy becomes thick, add creamed milk and close the lid of the kadai and cook on a low fire for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Decorate it with coriander leaves. Grated cheese can be sprinkled before serving.
Cashews and Raisins - 2 tbsp
each peas (shelled) - 3 katoris
potato (cubed) - 1 katori
Tomato (chopped) - 1/2 katori
Butter - 5 tbsp
Milk with cream - 1 katori
Green chillies - 6 nos
Garam masala - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Dhania powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1: Pour butter in a thick bottomed kadai. Add cashew, raisins chopped tomatoes turmeric powder, green chillies, garam masala chilli powder, dhania powder and fry for few minutes.Step 2: Now add boiled potatoes, peas salt and sugar.
Step 3: When the gravy becomes thick, add creamed milk and close the lid of the kadai and cook on a low fire for 5 minutes.
