Crumbs Curry
Don't let bread crumbs go waste. Use them to prepare this soft and buttered curry with potato and capsicum. Top it with grated cheese for a continental look.

Step 2: Fry chopped onions and garlic and sliced capsicum. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it form into a thick sauce.
Step 3: Melt the remaining butter in another pan and fry the bread crumbs till golden brown and crisp.
Step 4: Place the cooked potatoes in a dish and pour the prepared sauce and sprinkle the bread crumbs and grated cheese. *while preparing the sauce, a cup of water mixed with little milk can be added.
Potatoes (cubed) - 3 katoris
Butter - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1/4 tsp
Onion (chopped) - 3 tbsp
Capsicum (sliced) - 1 katori
Tomato (chopped) - 1 katori
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1 katori
Cheese - 2 small cubes
Method
Step 1: Cut potatoes into even sized pieces and boil in salt water for a few minutes. Heat half the quantity of butter with oil in a thick bottomed kadai.Step 2: Fry chopped onions and garlic and sliced capsicum. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it form into a thick sauce.
