Curd Rice
Method
Step 1: Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Add 4 cups of water and cook it and keep cool.Step 2: Slightly warm milk and mix curd in it. Put salt and this milk set the curd.
Step 3: Cool it, mix cucumber, grapes, green chillies
Step 4: Heat oil, put mustard, red chillies, cumin and curry leaves, cashewnuts to it.
Step 5: Fry till Cashew nuts are colour.
Step 6: Mix with rice and garnish with coriander leaves serve with hot pickles.
