Dates Halwa

Method

Step 1: Soak the dates fruits in the water for 1 hour after washing.
Step 2: Grind into a paste, with a little amount of water.
Step 3: Fry 1 tsp of wheat flour till it turns light brown, add this paste, with 3 tsp water.
Step 4: Add 4 tsp of sugar in it.
Step 5: Stir it for 10 minutes, in the interval add some ghee and remove it until it is sticky.
Step 6: Fry the cashewnuts and cardamom in the ghee and put it in the dates Halwa.

Ingredients

  • 200 gm Dates (seedless)
  • 1 tsp Wheat flour
  • 4 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Pinch of Cardamom
  • Ghee
  • Cashewnuts
