Method
Step 1: Wash it and soak chana dal overnight.Step 2: Grind chana dal with little ginger, salt & green chili.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan & add chana dal paste.
Step 4: Fry till moisture dries off.
Step 5: Spread the mixture in a greased plate. Cut in diamond shapes & fry in deep oil till golden brown.
Step 6: Fry potato till brown.
Step 7: In the same oil add ginger paste, coriander, cumin seed paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt & curd.
Step 8: Fry till leaves oil. Add water, fried potato & boil.
Step 9: Add already fried dhoklas & cook for 2 minutes.
Step 10: Add ghee & garam masala.
