Dum Aloo
Method
Step 1: Boil and peel the potatoes, make holes on all sides in each potatoes with fork.Step 2: Deep fry them on low heat till crisp.
Step 3: Heat oil and fry the ground masala for few minutes. Add tomato puree and stir fry for few minutes.
Step 4: Add curd, 1/2 cup of water and salt, Stir well.
Step 5: Boil over a low flame, when the gravy becomes thick add fried potatoes and keep in a simmer, cook till done.
Step 6: Garnish with coriander leaves and cashewnuts.
