Egg Bajji
Method
Step 1: Boil eggs, remove shells and slice into even round pieces.Step 2: Sieve flours together with chilli powder, salt and soda.
Step 3: Add enough water to make a thick dough mixing carefully without forming lumps.
Step 4: Heat oil in a kadai, dip each slice in the batter and eep fry.
Step 5: Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
