Method

To make sweet chutney

Step 1: Boil tamarind extract with salt and jaggery till it becomes thick.
Step 2: Remove the skin from eggs.
Step 3: Cut into four mix other ingredients and toss gently.

Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs - 6
  • Chat masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as desired
  • Chilli powder - as required
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 Tb.sp
  • Finely cut onions - 2 Tb.sps
  • Finely cut coriander leaves - 1 Tb.sp
  • Sweet chutney - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala - optional
