Egg Dosa

Step 1: Prepare dosa dough by grinding rice and black gram dal
Step 2: 3:1) Allow it to ferment as usual.
Step 3: While pouring dosa, first spread it evenly, break an egg on top of it, gently spread it using ladle.
Step 4: Sprinkle little salt, chilli powder or pepper with little garam masala powder.
Step 5: Turn over, cook for a minute.
Step 6: Serve hot with chutney.
