Egg Methi Fry

Method

Step 1: Fry in oil, garlic and onion till brown, add ginger chilli paste, fry for one more minute, add cut leaves and fry till raw smell goes.
Step 2: Add beaten eggs with enough salt and fry till done.
Step 3: Serve with chappathis or polkas.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic - 3 or 4 flakes
  • Sliced thinly
  • Ginger, chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Methi or fenugreek
  • Leaves - 2 bunches
  • Salt - as desired
  • Oil - as required
