Egg Paniaram Sweet

Method

Step 1: Mix maida. Rawa, sugar and milk, keep aside for one hour.
Step 2: Beat eggs and mix with that.
Step 3: Heat a paniyaram pan.
Step 4: Pour a teaspoon of ghee in al the cups, pour a tablespoon full of batter in each cup.
Step 5: When it is cooked, turn over carefully with a spoon.
Step 6: Cook till it is golden brown.
Step 7: Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Rawa - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 3
  • Soda - bi - carbonate - 1/4 tsp
