Egg Parathas and Paratha Kothu Curry

Method

Step 1: Sieve flour with baking powder and salt.
Step 2: Add sugar and mix well.
Step 3: Make a dent in the middle, break the eggs, pour and mix with hand properly.
Step 4: Add enough water and make into soft pliable dough.
Step 5: Pour oil on top, cover and keeep aside for 2 hours.
Step 6: Take little dough make like a chappathi, spread little ghee on top.
Step 7: Sprinkle little maida, fold it as we do for pleats.
Step 8: Turn round and make a ball agin.
Step 9: Roll like a thick paratha.
Step 10: toast on a hot tawa both sides with enough oil.
Step 11: Serve hot with any subji.

Ingredients

  • Maida - 3 cups
  • Eggs - 2
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Oil for the dough - 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
