Egg Pepper Masala
Method
Step 1: Cut onions, garlic and tomatoes finely. Boil eggs, remove shells.Step 2: Heat oil, season with mustard seeds, Bay leaf and cinnamon. Fry garlic and onion for two minutes.
Step 3: Add tomatoes and fry well till it becomes soft and pulpy.
Step 4: Pour ground paste and fry till oil separates.
Step 5: Add boiled eggs and enough salt, fry till the masala coats on the egg. Serve as a curry with rice.
Step 6: For better results, prick the boiled egg with a fork on all sides, before frying.
