Egg Sandwich

Method

Step 1: Boil eggs remove shalls and make round thin slices.
Step 2: Scrape the skin from carrot and cucumber and onion.
Step 3: Cut into thin round slices.
Step 4: Cut tomatoes also into round slices.
Step 5: Apply butter to the fresh bread slices, liberally.
Step 6: Arrange vegetable pieces on top of slice with coriander leaves, sprinkle little salt, pepper, squeeze little lime juice on top, put another slice on top, arrange egg pieces with cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 7: Pour ketchup on top, close the sandwich with another bread slice.
Step 8: Cut it diagonally and serve.

Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs - 3
  • Bread slices - 12
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Finely cut chillies - optional
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Carrot - 1 medium sized
  • Cucumber - 1
  • White onions - 3 or 4
