Egg Stuffed Dosa Roll

Method

Step 1: Make a thin batter with maida, salt and water.
Step 2: Pour like dosas, as thin as possible.
Step 3: Scramble the eggs with desired seasonings, keep a tablespoon of scrambled egg on the dosa and roll like a swiss roll.
Step 4: Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Maida - 3 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Eggs - 8
  • Butter or oil - as required
