Egg Vermicelli

Method
Step 1: Mix coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, cinnamon, cardamoms and grind to a fineStep 2: powder.
Step 3: Heat ghee in a pan, roast the vermicelli until golden color and keep aside.
Step 4: In the remaining ghee, add mustard seeds, bengal gram, curry leaves, salt, ground
Step 5: powder and fry for few minutes.
Step 6: Add 1 cup of water, vermicelli and cook until the vermicelli is tender.
Step 7: Cut the eggs into four pieces and add to the vermicelli mixture.
Step 8: Mix well and serve with tomato chutney
Step 9: 1 tsp coriander seeds
Step 10: 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Step 11: 2 red chilies
Step 12: 2 small cinnamon sticks
Step 13: 3-4 cardamoms
Step 14: salt to taste
