French Toast

Method

Step 1: Beat eggs with milk and sugar.
Step 2: Apply little butter, to bread slices.
Step 3: Heat pan, with one teaspoon of butter, when it melts dip the bread slice quickly in the egg mixture, both sides and toast it.
Step 4: Turn over cook for a minute and serve hot.
Step 5: Instead of sugar, salt and pepper can be used.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2
  • Milk - 1 Tb.sp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
