Fresh Coriander Rice
Method
Step 1: Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Add 3 1/2 cups of fresh water and cook till done.Step 2: Heat, oil in a 'tawa' seasoning with mustard, black gram, bengal gram, fry till golden colour.
Step 3: Add ground past - stir, fry for a minute and add salt to taste.
Step 4: Mix to the cooked rice and stir gently, serve at lunch or dinner with potato chips.
