Fried Eggs with Capsicum and Onion Rings

Method

Step 1: Slice the capsicums and onions into rings.
Step 2: Heat butter in an omelette pan, when it is melted pour oil to that and arrange half of the capsicum and onion rings on top of it.
Step 3: Sprinkle half of the chilli powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder on top.
Step 4: Break each egg separately and pour three eggs on to of the rings side by side.
Step 5: Reduce the flame.
Step 6: Sprinkle ground pepper and salt on top.
Step 7: When the egg whites are set, using a flat ladle remove it in a plate with the capsicum and onion rings.
Step 8: Make one more like this with another half of the ingredients.
Step 9: Serve hot sprinkled with tomato ketchup
Step 10: Dry roast mustard till it changes its colour and then powder it.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 6 Nos
  • Capsicums - 2 Nos
  • French onions or white
  • Onions - 2Nos
  • Chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Coarsely powdered pepper - 1 tsp
