Fried Masala Curry

Method

Step 1: Cut onions and garlic finely.
Step 2: Heat oil and fry garlic till light brown.
Step 3: Add onions and fry till transluscent.
Step 4: Mix all the powders and pour little water.
Step 5: Simmer, break eggs pour it on the pan one by one smoothly.
Step 6: Keep closed till it is set.
Step 7: Turnover gently and cook.
Step 8: When it is cooked properly both sides remove and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Onions - 2 big or small onions
  • Peeled - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 10 flakes
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
