Garlic – Stuffed Malai Paratha
Method
Step 1: Crush the garlic, roast in preheated tawa till fade colour.Step 2: Sieve the flour, add salt, pepper powder and crushed garlic, fresh cream into flour.
Step 3: Adding lukewarm milk, and knead well. The dough should be very soft.
Step 4: Make equal - sized balls from the dough. Roll out each ball into paratha shape. Brush oil on both sides of paratha.
Step 5: Heat tawa and grease little oil and fry the paratha till it becomes light brown on a both sides.
Step 6: Serve hot with vegetable masala kurma.
