Green Curry
Method
Step 1: Cut onions, tomatoes and green leaves finely.Step 2: Heat butter in a pan, season with aniseed (sombu) when it splutters add onions and fry for a minute.
Step 3: Mix in tomatoes.
Step 4: Cook till it becomes soft.
Step 5: Put all the minced leaves and fry over a low flame.
Step 6: Sprinkle very little water if necessary.
Step 7: Add broken eggs and other ingredients, continue stirring till it is scrambled well.
Step 8: Add lime juice before removing from fire.
Step 9: Serve with chappathis.
