Instant Masala Idli
Method
Step 1: Chop tomatoes and green chillies finely.Step 2: Mix semolina (suji), curd and salt, nicely. Add 1/2 cup water. Keep for 10 - 15 minutes. (Dry roast semolina till light fade colour, before soaking).
Step 3: Heat oil, put in mustard seeds and Bengal gram, fry for a minute. Add green chillies, red chillies, peanuts, cashewnuts, green peas, salt and coriander leaves and fry for while.
Step 4: Remove from fire and pour the soaked batter. Stir well. Now add fruit mixture and mix again.
Step 5: Pour mixture in greased idli moulds andsteam for 10 - 15 minutes.
Step 6: Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
