Jeera Pachadi

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Serve: 4
  • Method

    Step 1: Grind all the ingredients except coriander leaves into thin paste.
    Step 2: Beat curds fine.
    Step 3: Add salt and the prepared mixture and mix well.
    Step 4: Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
    Step 5: Tomato can be added by cutting them into small pieces before seasoning with mustard.

    Ingredients

  • Jeera - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Fried gram daal - 2 tbsp
  • Raw mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch curds - 2 katoris
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Optional Tomatoes - 2 large
