Method

Step 1: Take a cup of water in a vessel and add the sugar & cardamom powder to it
Step 2: Bring the mixture to a boil, simmer it and make it to a good carmel (sticky texture)
Step 3: Add flour to the carmel by constantly stirring it
Step 4: Stop stirring when the flour is little hardened than chappathi flour
Step 5: Make different shapes
Step 6: Serve it, and Enjoy the festival of lights

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar or 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 5 pieces of cardamom powdered
  • 1 cup water
