Kasaar – Panjeeri

Method

Step 1: Place a frying pan in fire and saute the rava till it turns brown adding the ghee.
Step 2: Then add the sugar when the rava turns white again.
Step 3: Take the pan out of fire and add the beej, makhanas and gari. It should be decorated on top of the kasaar.
Step 4: Mix the meva well while serving.

Ingredients

  • Rava - 500 gm
  • Ghee - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground sugar - 3 large spoons
  • Gari, makhanas - small quantity
