Method

Step 1: Heat the ghee and fry the cashews and raisins and keep aside.
Step 2: Fry the semolina in the ghee till it turns brown.
Step 3: Add the kesari powder to the 2 cups water and add to the semolina.
Step 4: Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
Step 5: Then add the condensed milk and keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Step 6: Put on a greased plate and when cooled cut into the desired shapes.
Step 7: Serve garnished with the roasted cashews and raisins.

  • Condensed milk 250 gms, sweetened
  • Suji or semolina 1 cup
