Method
Step 1: Heat 1 cup water and dissolve jaggery in it.Step 2: Strain the solution and cool it.
Step 3: Add ghee and cardamom powder in the flour.
Step 4: Knead this mixture with jaggery water.
Step 5: Make the dough stiff. Divide it into 25 parts.
Step 6: Roll out 4'' rounds from these parts.
Step 7: Leave aside to make them a bit dry.
Step 8: Fry in hot ghee until color turns golden brown.
Step 9: Remove and cool till the khajas becomes crispy.
Step 10: Khaja is ready to serve.
